Inspiration is key. To be a good writer, you need to be inspired.
        For me, my inspiration comes from quotes I find and collect. There is a quote out there that speaks for each and every moment of the day and it's up to us, as writers, to put meaning behind them. The little moments in life mean the most, and often lead to the most inspirational topics.
I have two composition books filled with quotes that mean something to me, and on certain days, I know exactly what the quote is portraying.
So get inspired and write about how you feel, because "life's not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."-Author unknown.

I just want to play softball... :/

     Well spring is almost here... Normaly a good sign, but not for me.
     I have played softball since I was seven years old, and this will be the first spring I won't be traveling all over the country to play. Why? All because I fractured my knee. A year ago. And it still hurts.
    Softball was my life for a long period of time and now I can't play because my knee still hurts me, but I'm scared to have knee surgery because I'm scared of needles. What a wimp right? Hmphh.
    I just want to play softball.

Mhmmm....Relationships

     Keeping a realtionship in high school is hard, especially if everyone you associate with is against it. When no one wants you to be with the person you love, what are you supposed to do? Well, I wish I could tell you, but I still have yet to figure that out. What if your parents were against you seeing that boy? What if you rebelled? It would be an easy fix right, just to do it anyway? Or what if you do what your parents want you to do and just not be with him at all? There is no happy medium; either way you won't be happy.
     I know from expirience that you can't always get what you want, even if you're a good kid and still obey what your parents tell you. When you don't ask for much, ever, you'd think you'd be allowed to see your boyfriend right? No. According to my parents, that is not how it works.
    I try to do the right thing and please everyone else, but maybe it's time to think about myself for once and make ME happy.... Mhmmmm. 

Firefly Lane

Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah is my favorite book. I have read it over and over again. This book is about friendship and how no matter what, friends will always be there for each other, through thick and thin. This book shows how friendship can always over power any evil. The message that this novel portrays, is to always be true to yourself and your friends, because one day, you might not have them.

Beautiful Catastrophe

      Death; mortem, muerte. There are qualities in all different places of the world that are unique; qualities that other areas do not posses, but death, on the other hand, is the same in all places of this menacing world. Although,  in some customs, death is celebrated and considered to be a beautiful happening, but from what I have experienced, all death does is simply supply heartache and pain.
     Nothing is worse than walking into a hospital room seeing a person who you care for with all of your heart, in pain, suffering, dying.
     Grabbing her hand, telling her "I love you, and I promise I won't let go until you do," is a moment in my life that will never escape my memories. Seeing her mouth form to the words, "I love you too" is a memory i will carry with me for the rest of my life. Death is hard; well, I should say that watching death is hard. Feeling the pulse, the life, leave the person who was always there for you no matter what, was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Like I said, certain customs believe death to be a beautiful although I consider death to be a catastrophe. I guess you can say it's a beautiful catastrophe.
